A modern languages graduate, I have 20 years’ experience in Human Resource Management in a variety of roles, mostly within the public sector.

My career has given me many opportunities to work with individuals to support their personal and professional development.

I greatly enjoy working with people and helping them to assess their skills and interests in order to enhance their confidence at career transition points.

I regard one-to-one relationships as most productive in terms of helping people to move forward.

As a result of my own experience with an expert mentor I can testify personally to the value an individual can derive from working in this way.

My approach may be described as intuitive enquiry and thoughtful discernment based on rapport and respect.

Committed to my own learning and development, I use the understanding gained to inform my approach to helping others develop their potential.

I completed an Advanced Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling at the Oasis School of Human Relations and I am qualified to Level A and B in psychometric testing with a particular interest in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
