For the last 10 years I have worked in leadership development, designing and delivering innovative educational programmes for leaders from all sectors and all walks of life.

My career has been an eclectic one, from 12 years working in the performing arts to four years as the Training Director for a blue chip company in central London. I have come to several career crossroads in my life and am very aware of the stresses and strains change of this kind can bring!

As a consultant and coach, I have worked with a very wide range of individuals, teams and organisations.

In my work with international leadership development organisation, Common Purpose, I was privileged to work with some of the UK’s most influential and high profile leaders.

My experience has led to a uniquely informed view of the leadership challenges faced by decisions makers and the agility necessary for success.

I am now Director of Realwork Coaching and Consulting Ltd.

Executive Development

My approach to Executive Development places self awareness and authenticity right at its centre.

I believe that most effective people are effective because they have a strong sense of who they are – warts and all – and find real strength and acceptance in that self-knowledge.

When working alongside individuals I am always keen to listen first and to work hard to create a space where people can find their own, unique solutions – perhaps surprising themselves as to what they are capable of achieving.

I am trained to post-graduate level as an executive coach.
