I am an experienced professional facilitator and executive development coach, working with organisations, teams and individuals to develop and build on their interpersonal and personal skills and capabilities.

I have gained extensive experience working in the finance and banking, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, civil aviation and public sectors, working at an emerging leader and executive level. I am an Accredited Coach awarded by the Association for Coaching.

I started Chrysalis Executive Development in 1982 in order to provide a specialist range of services to clients worldwide.

Typically organisations will have spent time and effort recruiting talented people, who then may not perform to expectations.

Often individuals underperform because of underlying lack of self-confidence, limiting beliefs about their abilities, interpersonal conflict, or loss of professional trust.

These issues need addressing to bring about a successful outcome for all parties. When these underlying issues are raised and dealt with, individuals can transform into purposeful, fulfilled, happy, successful and productive people.

Executive Development

I discovered that I really enjoy the opportunity of working with individuals in a one-to-one relationship.

I also realised that I have a real skill for getting to the heart of the matter quickly, by using my ability to understand and investigate what needs to be dealt with.

I feel privileged to have the opportunity to work with people at a deep level, bringing about meaningful and lasting change to create better work-life balance and success.

Coaching uses my strengths of challenging and straightforward communication with a caring and insightful manner.

I believe that everyone has a great capacity for developing his or her potential. Helping people to achieve their desired results is my primary objective as I work with a solutions model of coaching.
