I have 15 years’ experience in health and social care, including five years at Board level within the NHS and Local Government.

Prior to this I worked in the voluntary sector and still hold Board positions in a number of voluntary organisations, including two thriving social enterprises and a small international development charity.

This experience has given me an understanding of the challenges of working in complex organisations, managing organisational change and maintaining strong personal and organisational relationships.

Through my work with Oasis I have been able to support individuals in their own personal and professional development as well as facilitating programmes to develop wider organisational change.

I would describe my style as relaxed, inclusive and supportive.

Feedback from people I have worked with on a one-to-one basis would suggest that I have assisted them to find clarity and direction, to prioritise competing demands and to find energy to manage themselves through change.
