A learning and development specialist since 1991 and a full-time consultant since 2001, my interest throughout this time has been in approaches that liberate human potential to the fullest possible extent.

With an early career in technical computing and financial services, much of this has involved shaping these approaches to the pragmatic needs and realities of larger commercial organisations.

As a full-time consultant since 2001, I have subsequently been involved with a wide variety of private and public sector clients, working with individual managers and groups at all levels from front-line supervisory to Directors and CEOs.

My aim in 1-to-1 work is firstly for us to create and hold a space that allows for the full expression of whatever is being called for. To enlarge the range of choices by clearly identifying and testing perceived limitations. To draw energy from what most fires and inspires you; and to act on the basis that promptings from these sources should be sifted and tested with as much attention as information from any other source.
