Ruth Shakespeare

Ruth Shakespeare has worked as a counsellor, trainer, mediator, mentor and consultant across a range of sectors since 1994.

She was part of the senior management team for the Occupational Health department of the Mid Yorkshire NHS Hospitals Trust where she was the Co-ordinator of the Staff Counselling Service.

Her work is now mostly project-based, supporting both organisations and individual staff members, working with issues associated with sickness absence, facilitating staff through change processes, working with conflict resolution and taking a leading role in the management of work-related stress in accordance with the HSE Management Standard approach.

Ruth has been associated with Oasis for many years and is now working closely with us to deliver wellbeing audits.
