Carole-Ann had an extensive career in a variety of Human Resource and people development roles within Unilever, giving her a broad understanding of group dynamics.

Her approach to work is based on building strong relationships with people in order to understand the context in which they operate and what motivates them. She supports individuals along their journey exploring together their purpose in life and their route to achieving their goals and ambitions.

Having worked in both cross functional and intercultural teams on major transformational projects, she has a broad understanding of group dynamics.

Following a career break to raise her family she has embarked upon a career in executive development and is undertaking an MSc in Coaching and Mentoring at Sheffield Hallam University.

Carole-Ann has been a core associate of Oasis since 2011.
