We have termed this interest as representing free association with Oasis, and the individuals as associates.
Our Core Associates are developing an approach that encompasses a blend of consultancy, facilitation and one-to-one development.
Our Facilitation Associates each bring significant contribution to the community of practice at Oasis.
Oasis Associates embrace a Whole Person Learning approach, are committed to working with the peer principle and to developing themselves within it.
Associate facilitators, practitioners and consultants who work alongside us do so within a framework of free association.
If you are interested in becoming an associate, we suggest you talk to someone from the team based at Oasis. Following an initial discussion, there will be an opportunity to meet and talk with current associates and directors.
Potential associates then consider, often through discussion with the Directors Group or Director of New Initiatives, the areas they want to develop and the level of involvement they are looking for.
We recognise that both sides must acknowledge and actively review the level of relationship that is wanted. The greater the long-term interest and commitment to holding and developing organisational wide responsibility, the greater the level of commitment to that individual from the Directors Group.
