Tim Morgan

Finance Advisory Group

Tim is Newcastle-based having arrived in the North East to study maths at Newcastle University 27 years ago.

A Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary, Tim has spent most of his career working for and with values-based organisations across a variety of forms.

His particular area of specialism is fair trade, having been FD of Traidcraft plc for eight years. He continues to work with a number of fair trade organisations, with his main role being FD of fair trade lender Shared Interest Society.

Tim is a Non-Executive Director on the Gateshead PCT Board since 2007 and chairs the South of Tyne PCT Audit Committee.

He has recently started working with Oasis as an advisory accountant and consultant on finance matters – a role which he is very much enjoying and which fits very well with the range of socially-motivated businesses with which he works.
