Susan is Managing Director of the Ethical Property Company.
After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Sue worked for four years with Oxfam, regularly visiting overseas offices to provide training, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures and scaling up the financial management capacity to Oxfam to respond effectively to catastrophes such as the genocide in Rwanda.
In 1995 she became Finance Director of YWCA England & Wales. During the ten years she was there, the YWCA transformed its operations from being a housing association to focusing on the needs of the socially-excluded young women in a community context.
Sue is also involved in a voluntary capacity with a number of charities.
She was a participant on the four-year Collabor8 collaborative inquiry run by Oasis and a member of the authoring group of Working Relationships for the 21st Century: A Guide to Collaborative Inquiry. She now advises Oasis on collaborative working.
