Angela Lockwood is the Chief Executive of North Star Housing Group.

With around 25 years’ experience of working in social housing, Angela has been involved in the design and development of innovative projects to assist people with support needs to live independently, alongside building general housing for rent, regeneration work in multiply deprived communities and community investment activity.

Working in the most deprived communities, the Association is known for its problem solving skills, and as a result has a diverse and innovative range of housing and services, some of which are national models of good practice.

A Sunday Times best employer, with tenant satisfaction levels in the top 10% of Housing Associations in the country, they focus on the development, involvement and empowerment of people; tenants, staff and stakeholders.

Their current organisational development activity concentrates on collaboration with accountability.
