Our people are at the heart of what we do. Relationship and learning is at the heart of the developing person.

Our associates number over 100 and include executive developers and individual practitioners across the UK.

We have a core staff team that includes a small number of co-directors that support and serve the Oasis community of practice. Whilst we are based in the UK we have a significant network and a global reach.

We bring years of experience working with participants and clients, shaping and developing whole person and whole organisation learning approaches that help them work with their questions in a complex and uncertain environment.

Our engagement with the peer principle is demonstrated through the ongoing process for all those involved with Oasis of self and peer assessment. This expertise translates into our longer-term programmes and many aspects of our organisational work.
