Organisational development with Oasis can be a challenging process of change, but one that makes a significant difference.

It is an approach that:

  • aligns the purpose, structures, people and processes with the emergent needs for achieving the future direction;
  • enables individuals to become more leaderful;
  • enables people to demonstrate responsibility and accountability that result in more meaningful action and sustained learning;
  • supports the organisation and individuals to work with more consciousness of the key aspects that need attention; and
  • encourages more collaborative, effective and engaged ways of working.

This freeing up of the understanding and thinking of those involved forms the basis for reworking the organisational issues with a view to a clearer sense of a shared future stage that makes sense of the people, the situation and the phase of the organisation’s development.
