What kind of commitment is required?

Back to FAQs

There must be a commitment to do the work involved as it is identified and evolves. The work has to be planned together.

The client gives the brief: the consultants create the development process.

All stages are agreed and points where the process can be set aside or completed are clearly marked out in advance.

The client is not committing to some open-ended process. But they should recognise that development takes time and may not be entirely predictable. It is the quality of the relationships which will determine how far the process will succeed.
