How might I become an Oasis Associate?

Back to FAQs

If you are interested in becoming an associate, we suggest you talk to someone from the team based at Oasis.

Following an initial discussion, there will be an opportunity to meet and talk with current associates and directors.

Potential associates then consider, often through discussion with the Directors Group or Director of New Initiatives, the areas they want to develop and the level of involvement they are looking for.

We recognise that both sides must acknowledge and actively review the level of relationship that is wanted. We see the associate/Oasis relationship as a mutual development process.

The greater the long-term interest and commitment to holding and developing organisational wide responsibility, the greater the level of commitment to that individual from the Directors Group.

If you are interested contact one of the directors on 01937 541700 or by using the contact form.
