About Us

Oasis School of Human RelationsThe Oasis School of Human Relations is a radical not-for-profit organisation dedicated to the development of individuals, groups and organisations.

Our peer-based, collaborative approach develops and inspires responsible practice and leadership across all sectors, equipping people and organisations with the skills, strategies and attitudes they need to flourish.

We focus on learning and development, through programmes, organisational health checks, one-to-one development, organisational development, consultancy and research.

What’s different about Oasis?

We work out of a radical human relations approach and a peer-based perspective.

Global pioneers in the application of Whole Person Learning, we offer a highly effective and challenging approach for anyone engaged in the development of their self, people or organisation.

Whole Person Learning is a form of transformative learning that enables people to bring more of themselves to their lives, work and communities.

It works with all aspects of the person (intellectual, emotional, physical, spiritual), the system they operate within, and the inter-relationship between them.

We have a successful track record over 30 years in engaging with people and organisations to make sense of their world, develop themselves and their future.

Our experience embraces learning and understanding from a diverse spectrum of sectors, disciplines, geographical regions, cultures and perspectives.

When you get to the point where the ways you are used to operating no longer work, and you don’t know what to do next, or what you require, that’s the time to contact us.

Our practitioners are seasoned human relations consultants and facilitators with experience that enables them to understand, empathise and offer pragmatic approaches to change, development and reinvention, be it organisational or individual.

Our engagement with the peer principle is demonstrated through the ongoing process for all those involved with Oasis of self and peer assessment. This expertise translates into our longer-term programmes and many aspects of our organisational work.

Together we live with what it means to be part of a peer-based organisation.
